The first weekend in May at historic 51 West of downtown Frankfort kicked off Friday night with the Spring Formal for Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology from Terre Haute, Indiana. This was a special time for the fraternity, it was their first formal event since Covid restrictions were put in place in 2020.
