Can I use my own caterers, vendors, and alcohol service?

Yes, you use your own caterers and vendors. We can provide some recommendations if you would like.

By law we must supply and serve any alcohol inside our venue. We offer various alcohol packages.

Can I set up the day before my event?

If you prefer to set up the day before, we are happy to offer you additional rental time outside of the normal wedding venue rental.  Some couples like to add the additional time not only to set up but also to host their rehearsal dinner on site.

What type of event can I throw here?

Pretty much anything you want! We have 3 event rental spaces and even more to come! We often have weddings, meetings, parties, bridal showers, baby showers, open houses, etc.

How do I get my damage deposit back?

By following the rules and guidelines layed it in your contract, you will get your damage deposit back.

Is there parking available?

We have free onsite parking and free street parking available.  

Is the venue wheelchair

accessible?

Yes, our currently opened rental rooms are all on the first floor and are wheel chair accessible.

When is payment due?

A non-refundable booking retainer is required to hold your date (amount varies by rental). Full payment is due 30 days prior to your event, unless specified differently in contract. 

How much does it cost to rent the wedding venue?

Wedding venue rental is $1999 for up to 100 guests and $2399 for up to 150 guests.  Custom pricing applies for over 150 in attendance.

Is there a charge to book a tour?

No.  We love to show off our historic wedding venue.  Whether you want to book a wedding or company conference,  just contact us through the "contact us" page, e-mail, phone, or social media in order to set up a tour. These are typically done on weeknights or weekends.
